lol Just do calisthenics. It's good for you and can substitute for running on occasion.

Sure calisthenics can get your heart rate going like running. However the leg muscles necessary for running are not used to their full capacity with a calisthenics exercise.

And treadmills are shit, because you are not really pushing back on the ground. Instead a moving platform is doing that for you, so bascially you are running in place. This causes less effort exerted by the leg muscles, compared to pushing against solid ground. That is why when I walk into a gym I see "cardio bunnies" on treadmills running effortlessly for hours.

That is why I said on occasion Jumping.

I hate treadmill running, it is terrible and for some reason hurts my knee... Oh well. Go go running in circles!

I LOVE turkey...have some in my fridge....as well as left over potatoes and cherry pie....guess you know its leftovers for dinner tonite right???

I didnt over eat yesterday, but I spent too much of it making the dinner itself (made the appetizers, the potatoes, the turkey, the rolls---from scratch, as well as the pie from scratch as well.....)....am tired so am very glad to have the leftovers!

only what 28 days until xmas....or something like that----

That is what we just had, leftover turkey, and yet I was okay with that.

Went shooting today, that was fun. Shot a .22 with a nice scope on it. Fun to see your bullet impact your target at 150 yards when it looks like it is right next to you.

Burnt food is generally less favorable than properly prepared food.

Depends on the food and if you like it burnt, but yeah burnt pizza is nasty that's why I always go afk when I make pizza for dinner or lunch.

Sometimes, i find slightly-burnt steak kind of yummy. Kind of depends on my mood though.

On a sidenote, I lol whenever i see AT&T and Verizon commercials claiming they have the better 3G service than the other.
